What you need to know – Eu orders: 

Delivery times are stated in business days. 

- Please note, AFROKIKI is not responsible for any delays caused by DPD/UPS, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable an quick. 

- All DPD/UPS parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if DPD/UPS determine there is a safe place, it can be left at the address DPD/UPS will leave a proof of delivery. 

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receive gives the courier authority to leave AFROKIKI is not held liable for a parcel that goes missing. Further, AFROKIKI will not be able to refund of resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

What you need to know – International orders: 

Delivery is stated in business days, and orders must be placed before 2 pm to be dispatched the same days. Orders placed after the dispatch cut of time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after cut-off on Friday and though the weekend will begin processing out the following Monday. 

Please note, AFROKIKI is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. 

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/ refused by the receiver. DPD/UPS will attempt Re-delivery? If DPD/UPS and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DPD/UPS’s cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver’s country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcel that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our teams are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total. 

We do not currently ship orders to PO/APO boxes via international postage at this time.

You want to return a item? Please use the link below to use our return portal. We will only accept returned item’s that have been booked using our return portal. All Items needs to return to us within 14 days from delivery. 

Please be advised that this settlement is subject to change once it has passed our quality control check via the returns team at our warehouse. This can only be applied when it meets our following conditions: 

- The item(s) is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.

- The item(s) has absolutely no marks or stains (Including makeup and spray tan).

- The item(s) is returned to us within 14 Days from the delivery date. 

- The item(s) does not have any odour ( Including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder. 

- A receipt and proof of purchase is available.


AFROKIKI will reject returns beyond the returns period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. Shipping costs will not be covered by AFROKIKI. 

Faulty Returns 

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in good condition when delivered to you. However, in the unlikely case of any items being delivered as faultry, we will happily provide you with a replacement, or offer full refund. When: 

- The item is unworn and in original  condition with all the tags still attached.

- You notify us within 7 days from delivery date via our email including the order number, a brief description of the fault in your item(s) as well as pictures that show the item fault to be evaluated by our customer service team before the item is returned.


At AFROKIKI , we strive to reduce our impact on the environment and encourage product sustainability. Should you find a minor default with an item a replacement or reimbursement is the first and preferred option.

Please be notified once your refund has been approved by our quality check team, a notification will be sent to you, it may take 3-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, we appreciate your patience during this period. 

All refunds are processed by their original payment method. If your refunds has taken longer than the a fore mentioned days, please contact us at so we can interrogate this for you.
